Client ServicesEffective communication with our clients is central to the success of our organization. At Astute, all our projects follow a specific development and implementation process. Experience has taught us that the more the client is involved in the process, the more likely projects will be delivered on time, within budget, and most importantly, to the client's expectations. These efforts start with the assignment of a dedicated project manager to each of our clients and their associated projects. The project manager becomes your sole point of contact throughout project development and implementation. The project manager's initial responsibility is to initiate a kick-off meeting or conference call. During this initial meeting the scope of project, client expectations, project deadlines, and the project communication process are discussed. The project manager then develops a production schedule for client review and comment. The project manager's focus is making the client experience easy. Project managers communicate with clients via telephone, e-mail, conference calls, meetings, and a unique, web-based, customized communication tool called the Status and Management Information (SAMI) Web site. The SAMI is password-protected site accessible by you and the project team. The site contains key information about projects including status reports, design compositions, inventories of materials received, contact information, and project schedules. Each SAMI site is unique and designed to reflect the needs of the individual client. This combined approach to client services provides continuity to the development process and enhances the quality of the final product. |
