Sometimes the basics are just not enough. For those times when you require a more robust webcast our options let you achieve your goals. Any or all of these options can be added to a Conference.CAST™ presentation.

Polling

Conduct a poll as part of the presentation with participants able to view the results. Responses are stored and reported in aggregate format for further analysis.

Transcripts

Transcripts are created during or after the event.

Speaker photographs

Photographs of each speaker can either be provided by you or taken by the Astute team.

Via satellite (for video)

Astute can establish or use an existing satellite uplink for media coverage or events in remote locations to capture a presentation. The presentation can appear on the Internet live and then be archived for future use.

Conference.CAST™ complete

A Web-based tool that allows you to review lecture material before it goes live. It also allows for instant communication between your staff and the Astute production team.

Lecture announcement

Users can request an email notification when a lecture is available. This helps assure users return to the site.
